Hi. We are the Benson's. Sapaveco Ranches has two locations The Florence ranch in Central Texas is our main operating location. The second ranch in Rocksprings, TX, near the Edward’s Plateau, is a hunting operation for both native and exotic animals.
We moved from big city life in Austin to small town life in 2006. We started our venture by buying five llamas and instantly fell in love with them. They are such precious, curious animals. We have a mixture of light, medium, heavy, and suri wool animals from Peruvian, Chilean, and North American bloodlines. We offer silky and suri fibered animals. While living in Austin for twenty years Robin ran her own pet sitting business taking care of any kind of animal from ferrets to cattle. We have always had a knack for animals and have many around us at all times.
